Role Overview
Edversity is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Intern to join our enrollment team. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, have a passion for helping others, and are looking to build a career in sales or customer relations. As a Sales Intern, you will be responsible for engaging with potential students, guiding them through the enrollment process, and ensuring a smooth and personalized onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with leads generated through social media and marketing campaigns via phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and direct messages.
  • Educate leads about Edversity’s programs, offerings, and value propositions.
  • Build rapport, address concerns, and guide leads through the entire enrollment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions using internal CRM tools.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to provide feedback on lead quality and sales insights.

Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both verbal and written formats.
  • Strong persuasion skills and a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple leads efficiently.
  • Interest in sales, customer service, or business development.
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.
