Marketing Manager

As we scale our programs and communities, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who can lead our content, campaigns, brand communication, and day-to-day marketing execution.
The Role
This role is ideal for someone who understands content, social media, storytelling, and education marketing.
You will be responsible for planning, creating, coordinating, and managing Edversity’s marketing content across social media, communities, campaigns, events, and programs. Your main focus will be to make Edversity’s brand stronger, more consistent, and more visible across all channels.
This is a hands-on role. You should be able to think creatively, write strong content, coordinate with designers and video editors, manage calendars, and make sure marketing work gets executed on time.
What You Will Do
• Plan and manage Edversity’s monthly content calendar
• Create content ideas for social media, ads, campaigns, workshops, programs, and announcements
• Write captions, post copy, short scripts, email content, WhatsApp broadcasts, and campaign messages
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to get content produced on time
• Manage daily posting across Edversity’s social media platforms
• Work on marketing campaigns for programs in AI, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Data Science, and other future-tech fields
• Ensure all content follows Edversity’s brand voice, quality, and positioning
• Support paid marketing campaigns by preparing ad copy, creatives, landing page content, and lead generation material
• Coordinate with sales and admissions teams to understand student objections, questions, and market response
• Promote workshops, hackathons, campus activities, and community events
• Track content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement, leads, and conversions
• Keep an eye on market trends, competitor content, and emerging technology education trends
• Support partnership announcements, speaker promotions, and event marketing
• Maintain consistency across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, email, and website content
Who You Are
• Strong written communication skills in English and Urdu
• Good understanding of social media content and digital marketing
• Able to create strong content ideas, hooks, captions, and campaign messages
• Creative, organized, and execution-focused
• Comfortable coordinating with designers, video editors, sales teams, and program teams
• Interested in education, technology, startups, AI, Blockchain, or youth development
• Able to manage deadlines and handle multiple campaigns at once
• Understands how to create content that is clear, engaging, and conversion-focused
• Comfortable using tools like Canva, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Meta Business Suite, and basic content planning tools
• Can work independently without constant supervision
Nice to Have
• Prior experience in edtech, education, training, or startup marketing
• Experience managing social media pages or content calendars
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads, lead generation, or performance marketing
• Experience writing ad copy, landing page copy, or email campaigns
• Familiarity with AI, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, or tech-related content
• Ability to appear in videos or coordinate short-form video content
What You Get
