As we scale our programs, we are looking for motivated Sales Associates who can speak to students, understand their goals, guide them properly, and help them take the right step toward their career growth.

The Role

This is a target-driven sales role for someone who is confident, disciplined, and passionate about education.

You will be responsible for speaking with potential students, following up with leads, explaining Edversity’s programs, and converting interested candidates into enrolled students. You will play a direct role in helping learners make better career decisions while also contributing to Edversity’s growth.

This is not just a calling role. You will be part of a fast-growing edtech team, working closely with marketing, admissions, and program teams to improve the student enrollment journey.

What You Will Do

• Contact and follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, forms, WhatsApp, calls, and inquiries
• Understand each student’s background, interests, career goals, and learning needs
• Recommend suitable Edversity programs based on the student’s goals
• Clearly explain program details, outcomes, fee structure, payment process, and enrollment steps
• Convert interested leads into completed enrollments
• Maintain regular follow-ups with warm leads until enrollment is completed
• Manage lead status, student interactions, and sales updates through CRM or tracking sheets
• Coordinate with the admissions and operations team for smooth onboarding of enrolled students
• Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets
• Provide feedback to the team on student objections, market trends, and lead quality
• Maintain a professional, helpful, and student-first communication style at all times

Who You Are

• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu
• Confident on calls, WhatsApp, and in-person conversations
• Comfortable speaking with students, parents, and young professionals
• Target-oriented and motivated by performance-based earnings
• Organized, disciplined, and consistent with follow-ups
• Able to handle objections and guide students with clarity
• Interested in education, technology, startups, or career development
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and basic sales systems
• Able to work from office at NSTP, Islamabad

Previous experience in sales, admissions, customer support, telesales, education counseling, or student recruitment will be preferred, but strong fresh candidates with excellent communication skills may also apply.
