Student Operations & Engagement Associate

We are now seeking a Student Operations & Engagement Associate to join our passionate team. This role is at the heart of the learner experience — from managing daily student operations to driving meaningful engagement and enrollment growth.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate live classes and schedules between instructors and students.
• Upload lecture recordings, resources, and course materials to our LMS.
• Handle student queries through WhatsApp, email, and other channels with empathy and clarity.
• Monitor attendance, progress, and resolve access or payment issues.
• Follow up with interested leads to help them enroll in our programs.
• Maintain organized records of leads and student interactions using CRM tools.
• Support onboarding and orientation sessions for new students.
• Ensure seamless communication and an exceptional learning experience for all participants.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a student-first mindset.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking.
• Familiar with Google Workspace, WhatsApp, LMS platforms, and CRM systems.
• Experience in education support, sales, or operations (preferred but not mandatory).
• Fluent in Urdu and English.
• Previous exposure to local online sales, cold calling, or lead conversion is a plus.
